We ship worldwide including Europe, United States, Asia, Australia, and Russia and currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
We ship orders twice a week, so please allow up to four days’ processing time before shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Sometimes tracking information doesn't update right away so your patience is appreciated.
International orders take between one to six weeks in standard mail, so if you need the item quickly, choose Express Delivery.

United States: 14-30 days
Canada: 21-35 days
Switzerland, Austria, France: 7-21 days
Israel: 21-35 days
Australia and New Zealand: 14-30 days
Other countries: 7-35 days
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as it depends on the shipping service provider and your location. Shipping during holidays takes longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by you. Please double-check to make sure your shipping address at checkout is correct and complete. Your signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home for a postal delivery, you will be notified to collect your parcel from your local post office.
We accept PayPal only. Items need to be paid for upon ordering and will not be shipped until payment is complete.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Returns and Exchanges
We try our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the description of items carefully! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us before purchasing. However, if you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your order and would like an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package with the reason for exchange/return.
Please note that we do not refund shipping.
We love our customers and what we do. So, we are proud to offer our lifetime service warranty for free. You can send us your broken mala or other jewelry from Taipa Shop, and we will repair it. If some parts of the item were lost, we will replace the missing parts if they are in stock or otherwise exchange them. You will only have to pay postage in both directions. Please don't hesitate to write us about what happened, and we can discuss a solution to this problem.
